Responsibilities

1. Build personalized relationships with clients.
2. Actively listen to identify clients’ needs and inquire about changes in their lives.
3. Maintain professional conduct at all times.
4. Expand coverage options by asking open-ended questions.
5. Request referrals and reviews from clients.
6. Keep detailed records of sales in ECRM, including declinations of coverages.
7. Respond to customer inquiries by the end of each business day.
8. Conduct marketing searches to generate insurance sales.
9. Contact potential clients through cold calling or referrals.
10. Collaborate with team members on policy management.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess Property and Casualty insurance license for your state.
• Complete all State Farm training and secure an agreement within the first two weeks of employment.
