Responsibilities
- Build personalized relationships with clients.
- Actively listen to identify clients’ needs and inquire about changes in their lives.
- Maintain professional conduct at all times.
- Expand coverage options by asking open-ended questions.
- Request referrals and reviews from clients.
- Keep detailed records of sales in ECRM, including declinations of coverages.
- Respond to customer inquiries by the end of each business day.
- Conduct marketing searches to generate insurance sales.
- Contact potential clients through cold calling or referrals.
- Collaborate with team members on policy management.

Minimum Requirements
- Possess Property and Casualty insurance license for your state.
- Complete all State Farm training and secure an agreement within the first two weeks of employment.
- If not already licensed in Life and Health, pass the Arizona state exam within 10 days of hire.
- Prior insurance experience is preferred but not mandatory.
