As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ronald Demyers - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Maintain required state Licenses (Life, Property, Casualty, and Health)
• Assist customers in the completion of policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Salespersons personality and training.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
• Ask questions that broaden understanding and create "We Care Relationships".

Qualifications
