Alexis Vega State Farm agency is seeking an Account Associate to support daily operations, build meaningful customer relations, and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You help grow the office by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

You will manage accounts, assist with policy changes, process claims, and coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance, contributing to growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
