As an Account Associate for Jon Laporte – State Farm Agent, you will support daily business operations and contribute to customer success. You will act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, proactively marketing relevant products and services to improve the lives of our customers.

• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
