THIS IS A REMOTE OPPORTUNITY IN THE US.

Spiro is hiring an Account Associate to join our sales team. The Account Associate works in partnership with the Sales team, delivering best-in-class service. The role involves providing administrative support across teams for individual accounts and the overall sales process. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and possess strong administrative and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support team initiatives including client reporting, reconciliation, and account projects.
  • Assist with PowerPoint presentations for US Sales shows.
  • Manage data systems, including Salesforce, supporting the Global Sales team.
  • Support finance initiatives such as tracking and billing reviews.
  • Handle administrative functions, data tracking, reporting, and analysis.
  • Manage smaller projects and support Account Managers on larger projects.
  • Coordinate activities related to clients’ conventions and projects.
  • Maintain records of clients’ past exhibition activities.
  • Participate in planning and client meetings.
  • Coordinate with vendors and outside agencies.
  • Collaborate with client teams to define needs and deliverables.
  • Prepare meeting recaps, proposals, and change orders.
  • Assist in managing show logistics, including coordinating design, estimating, and show services.
  • Support brainstorming and development of marketing solutions for shows.
  • Manage show-specific information and shipments.
  • Travel occasionally for show support and post-show reviews.
  • Review post-show reports and communicate issues.
  • Report time and monitor project budgets.
  • Assist with invoice review and financial tracking.
  • Provide project updates to managers.
  • Support in developing budgets, sales materials, and data requests.

Requirements

  • Ability to anticipate client needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Approachable, engaging, and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience, preferably in Marketing/Communications.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.
  • Ability to analyze information and make decisions.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20%.
