Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Enthusiastic about insurance and financial products and helping people manage risks.
• Self-motivated and able to learn computer functions.
• Able to multi-task and work effectively in a team.
• Willing to obtain Property and Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
