Qualifications

• Ability to explain insurance options and educate customers.
• Willingness to obtain required Property & Casualty, Life & Health, and Personal Lines licenses.
• Spanish language skills are a plus for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service for inquiries on insurance and billing.
• Use a needs-based review to educate customers about insurance options.
• Collaborate with the agent to meet marketing goals.
