This position is based at our office in the vibrant East Austin neighborhood at 902 East 5th Street, where we work collaboratively and in person.
About the Role
The Account Associate plays a key role in managing customer relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring successful delivery of products and services. This includes overseeing a defined portfolio of accounts, growing revenue and margin, and building long-term customer partnerships. The role involves frequent collaboration with internal teams and offers significant opportunity for professional development in a dynamic, brand-driven industry.
Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of the customer relationship across a defined portfolio to meet business goals
• Drive revenue and margin growth through a growth-minded, retention-focused approach
• Collaborate with supervisor and team to establish and manage annual commercial goals (e.g., revenue, margin, quotes, opportunities, conversion)
• Act as the main point of contact for leads and opportunities in your region
• Communicate daily with customers about ongoing and new projects; prepare and deliver presentations as needed
• Proactively develop new customer contacts and sales opportunities
• Use the company’s CRM/ERP system (NetSuite) to manage leads and pipeline with a focus on data accuracy
• Travel up to 40% monthly, depending on business needs
• Lead or participate in regular internal project meetings to identify risks and opportunities
• Support project management tasks including quote entry, project setup, and internal coordination
• Stay informed about trends in the beer and beverage industry
• Develop deep knowledge of customer requirements and company operations, products, and processes
• Participate in daily huddles, weekly team meetings, and 1:1s with your supervisor
• Uphold a positive, solution-oriented approach and foster strong cross-functional collaboration
• Other duties and initiatives as assigned

Compensation
Base salary: $64,000 per year
Bonus: Discretionary bonus based on gross margin managed, typically in the range of 8% – 35% of base salary
