Job summary

Hasbro is seeking an Analyst to support order management, logistics and customer service, focusing on on-time shipping, accurate orders, and vendor processes.

Based in Boston, MA, the role is onsite Tuesday–Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ, with interim onsite options in Pawtucket, RI or Boston until the new location opens. You will collaborate across departments to resolve PO discrepancies and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant domain.
• 1–3 years of account management, customer service, or order management experience.
• Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks with high detail accuracy and follow-through.
• Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills; ability to collect, organize, and share data.

Responsibilities

• Process day-to-day order activity for assigned accounts and communicate with customers on order adjustments.
• Coordinate orders for retail displays, promotions, and merchandising with trade marketing.
• Research and resolve routine PO discrepancies; escalate complex issues.
• Run open-order analysis against allocation plans and inventory to meet in-full targets.
• Flag at-risk arrival dates and in-transit issues; coordinate resolutions with Logistics and Sales.
• Assist with deduction research and provide occasional evening/weekend coverage during close.
