Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking a Financial Account Advisor to monitor work queues and prevent delinquencies while ensuring accuracy across accounts. You will handle special reports, update insurance details, and contribute to the hospital system’s cash goals with attention to detail.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in teams within a healthcare revenue cycle context.

• The Financial Account Advisor is responsible for managing work queues to prevent accounts from being overdue within the identified time frame.
• Manage and work special reports to ensure accuracy and resolution on accounts within the identified time frame.
• Knowledgeable and proficient in updating insurance on accounts to ensure claim accuracy.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle and active advancement of accounts to reach hospital system cash goal.
• Responsible for assisting with patient communication as needed.

Job Description
