Responsibilities

• Accompanies choral and instrumental groups in rehearsals and performances.
• Analyzes assigned music prior to rehearsal and performance to improve tempo, transitions, dynamics, and schedule efficiency.
• Assists instructors with student activities such as recording CDs, ordering uniforms, and practicing with individuals or small groups.
• Supervises student activities to use class time efficiently and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Exhibits professional and stage etiquette to model behavior during productions.
• Provides clerical support: ordering and cataloguing music, processing orders, checking invoices, tracking budgets.
