Job summary

TYG is seeking an experienced Accident Reconstruction Expert to join our nationally recognized forensics team in the United States. You will lead high-profile investigations from evidence collection to expert testimony, collaborating with attorneys, insurers, and corporate clients.

As a senior member, you will mentor junior engineers, conduct scene inspections, perform reconstruction modeling, and prepare technical reports and opinions while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• PE license preferred.
• Strong background in accident reconstruction and forensic engineering.
• Experience as an expert witness in depositions and trials.
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple investigations simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex motor vehicle accident reconstruction investigations from evidence collection to expert testimony.
• Conduct scene inspections, vehicle examinations, and evidence analysis.
• Perform engineering calculations and reconstruction modeling.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and expert opinions.
• Provide deposition and courtroom testimony.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

The Role:

You'll work closely with attorneys, insurers, and corporate clients while collaborating with other experienced forensic professionals on technically challenging cases.

• Conducting scene inspections, vehicle examinations, and evidence analysis

Requirements:

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is preferred
