You will complete Nordstrom's comprehensive training and gain access to trends, product knowledge, and digital engagement strategies. You will help customers select pieces that fit their style, engage via in-store and digital channels, and drive sales through personal connections and event-driven outreach.

Responsibilities

• Offer confident, honest feedback to help customers choose pieces that complement their style.
• Use in-store interactions and digital tools to inspire customers with curated looks and keep them engaged.
• Grow sales through outreach and appointment-setting during event and non-event periods.
• Follow up after purchases, share new arrivals, invite customers to events, and introduce them to the Nordy Club.
• Maintain a clean, organized space and ensure a welcoming in-store experience.
