Wallenius Wilhelmsen in Brunswick, GA seeks an Accessory Installer to fit a range of vehicle add-ons on new or used units.

You'll install items like remote tailgate locks, running boards, bed liners, decals and shells, following detailed training and safety protocols. Flexibility for overtime and varied weather is required; physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and climb heights up to 15 feet is expected.

• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to follow detailed written training instructions for accessory installation.
• Willingness to walk and stand for much of the day.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed, in various weather conditions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb heights up to 15 feet.

Responsibilities

• Install a variety of new vehicle accessories, such as remote tailgate locks, lighted running boards, illuminated kick plates, step-rails, splash guards, camper shells, decals, bed liners, and other customer-specified accessories.
• Follow detailed training instructions to correctly install accessories on vehicles.
• Work outdoors and indoors, adjusting to weather conditions while maintaining safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate any installation issues to the team.

Accessory Installer WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Accessory Installer, you'll be an integral part of our team, working with vehicles produced by some of the most well-known automotive and heavy equipment manufacturers in the world. This means, you may be among the first to see and work with the latest vehicles and technology hitting the roads!

Your responsibilities will include: Installing a variety of new vehicle accessories, such as:

• Remote tailgate locks
• lighted running boards
• illuminated kick plates
• step-rails
• splash guards
• camper shells
• decals
• bed liners
• and other customer specified accessories

To thrive on our team as an Accessory Installer you are ready and able to have:

• A valid driver's license and clean driving record
• The ability to follow detailed written training instructions for accessory installation
• A willingness to walk and stand for much of your day
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Physical ability: Frequent lifts and carrying of up to 50 pounds for distances of 50 feet, including overhead lifting
• Climbing to and working at heights of up to 15 feet
• Sufficient hand dexterity and strength to fasten, insert, and remove bolts, machine parts and pins, operate and withstand impact, vibration of electric and air-powered power tools
