Job summary

Goodwill Dallas in Rockwall, TX is seeking an Accessories Grader for a Full Time day shift. Under supervision, you will grade donated accessories by brand and quality using our good/better/best system.

You will keep the workstation clean, maintain safety, and wear name badge. Prior retail or stock handling experience is preferred.

Role emphasizes adherence to Core Principles and teamwork, with predictable shifts and a friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Adhere to the organization’s Core Principles.
• Knowledge of retail and/or stock handling.

Responsibilities

• Grade donated accessories based on brand and quality using Goodwill’s grading process.
• Keep the production area clean, neat, and safe.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and name badge.
• Assist in textile and misc power hour process per established procedure.
• Attend training and perform duties as assigned by Team Leader.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead and Production Team Lead.
