Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess the quality of donated shoes to determine suitability for resale.
• Sort shoes into categories based on condition, style and brand.
• Identify items requiring repair or not suitable for sale.
• Maintain an organized grading area for efficient operations.
• Collaborate with team to optimize grading processes and meet productivity goals.
• Assist in pricing shoes according to guidelines and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with inventory policies and procedures.
