Job summary

Goodwill Industries Of Dallas Inc is seeking an Accessories Grader to assess donated accessories using our good, better, best grading system. You will keep the workstation clean and ensure a safe work environment.

The role emphasizes knowledge of shoe brands, stock handling, and ability to stand for long periods; training and team collaboration are expected. This is an on-site role with opportunities to support retail operations and Goodwill's mission.

Qualifications

• Ability to adhere to the organization’s Core Principles.
• Knowledge of retail and/or stock handling.
• Ability to react calmly in emergencies.
• Ability to listen and follow directions.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Knowledge of shoe brands and current trends.

Responsibilities

• Grade donated accessories based on brand and quality using the Goodwill grading process (good, better, best).
• Keep the production area clean, neat, and safe.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and dress code including name badge.
• Assist in textile and misc power hour process per established procedure.
• Perform duties within the Core Principles framework.
• Attend in-service and related training as assigned by Team Leader.
