Job summary

J.Jill is seeking a detail-oriented Sourcing Coordinator to support data entry and PLM-related monitoring across Product Development, Merchandising and Inventory Management. You will work with overseas offices, agents, and vendors to ensure on-time seasonal order entry and commitment.

Responsibilities include maintaining PLM details, BOMs, and allocation through order commitment, and communicating changes to internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and PLM.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Maintain PLM system details and BOM; administer PLM from allocation to order commitment.
• Assist in creating seasonal early buy chart and communicate variances to stakeholders.
• Adhere to PLM milestone dates from development through final investment.
• Coordinate sample requests and track progress throughout the process.
• Communicate delivery extensions and shortages with agents, planners, and administration.
