You will oversee inventory, installations, and promotions, set and track goals, and work with advisors to maximize add-ons. This role requires a team-focused, reliable self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with Sales, Service, Parts and Commercial sales.
• Manage accessory inventory with Parts Manager and address lost orders, late arrivals, and warranty issues.
• Oversee the accessory sales function, scheduling installations and coordinating with advisors and customers for a smooth experience.
• Greet and interview every customer at sale time for accessory opportunities; follow up on missed opportunities by phone, text or email.
• Review leads and contribute to converting them into sales; participate in marketing and promotions to source leads.
• Manage CRM to retain customers and pursue prospective sales; set and track sales goals and quotas.
