Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated driver to transport individuals in a 15-passenger van and wheelchair-accessible van. You will ensure safety, operate routes, and assist passengers with mobility devices, while following agency policies and procedures.

The role requires reading maps, using GPS, and maintaining vehicle safety through pre/post trip checks and documentation. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver's license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and maps.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport people served to and from the program, securing seat belts and wheelchair tie downs.
• Assist people served on and off the vehicle using wheelchair lift or steps.
• Follow prescribed routes, read maps, and use GPS as needed.
• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and assist with dispatch duties.
