Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field with two years of relevant accessibility experience.
Advanced degree may substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
Substitutions allowed per policy for required experience.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the assistive technology infrastructure across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and web platforms.
Monitor performance, usage metrics, and evolving assistive technologies for planning and procurement.
Operate on-site and provide campus-wide on-site support for assistive technology.
Develop and deliver accessibility education, training, and outreach programs for campus communities.
Serve as the campus technical resource on accessibility and assistive practices for faculty, staff, and students.
Provide consultation and technical support to ensure WCAG/Section 508 compliance and review VPATs.
Lead work direction for student assistants and support staff in assistive technology operations.
