Job summary

Paraquad is seeking a leader to guide the home modifications program, overseeing development, implementation, and evaluation to improve safety and independence for participants. You will supervise staff and volunteers, ensure compliance, and collaborate with program partners.

The role requires a Master’s in occupational therapy and an active OT license, with experience in home assessments, collaboration, and program growth. Travel within 30 miles may be required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in occupational therapy required.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist required.
• Experience in home assessments and modifications.
• Knowledge of independent living/disability rights.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Paraquad's home modifications program.
• Build and implement new home modification initiatives.
• Recruit and retain contractors and volunteers.
• Collaborate with departments to secure funding and partnerships.
• Coordinate with HRN and policy groups on reform agendas.
• Ensure safety, quality, and participant satisfaction across projects.
• Provide training on body mechanics and proper use of home modifications.
