Job summary

Scope is seeking an Accessibility and Disability Inclusion Specialist to embed accessibility and inclusion across our content, services and environments. This is an internal-only, fixed-term role (28 hours/week) based in London or Leeds, with hybrid/remote working options, and a contract running until July 2027.

You will lead accessibility expertise, train teams and help remove barriers for disabled people.

Qualifications

Experience reviewing content, documents and services for accessibility.
Experience designing and delivering engaging training and workshops.
Proficient with accessibility tools and formats (Word, PowerPoint, web pages).
Strong commitment to equity, inclusion and removing barriers for disabled people.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain accessibility in plain English.
Ability to influence and collaborate across teams to drive change.

Responsibilities

Be the main expert on accessibility in the organisation.
Support teams to create content and services that work for everyone.
Work strategically and help to build an inclusive workplace and create accountability for accessibility across Scope.
