You will procure accessible formats, train students in assistive tech, and collaborate with faculty to ensure accessible LMS materials.

Ideally, you bring a bachelor's degree and experience in higher education or disability services, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in higher education or disability services is valued.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage note-taking accommodations for hundreds of students with disabilities.
• Facilitate digital accessibility and assistive technology accommodations and training.
• Provide guidance on captioning, alt text, and accessible formats across LMS and course materials.
• Collaborate with faculty to ensure accessible course content and materials.
• Maintain confidential student records and assistive technology inventories.
• Stay current with WCAG standards and accessibility laws.
