Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. offers an AYF Service Internship designed to translate classroom learning into real-world shop experience. Interns perform basic maintenance and repairs, assist with diagnostics, and learn to use advanced tools under experienced mentors.

This paid internship progresses toward potential full-time roles after graduation. Applicants must be enrolled in a recognized Heavy Equipment Service or Diesel Technology program, maintain at least a 3.0 GPA, and have valid work authorization

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or attending an approved Heavy Equipment Service, Diesel Technology, or technical service program recognized by RDO Equipment Co.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA and solid attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Learn to diagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, assemble and service real equipment; hands-on experience.
• Document machine details and repair work on service orders; note parts and fluids used.
• Keep workspace clean and organized; handle tools and machines with care to show professionalism.

What You Will Need

• Start with the right foundation: You must be enrolled in or attending an approved Heavy Equipment Service, Diesel Technology, or technical service program recognized by RDO Equipment Co.
• Keep your grades and attendance sharp:A minimum 3.0 GPA and a solid attendance record are required to stay eligible for program benefits.
• Build your hands on skills:Gain experience using mechanical tools while learning on the job in a supportive environment.
