Job summary

Stanford University’s Residential & Dining Enterprises is seeking an experienced facilities manager responsible for building access and security, including key distribution, card access control, and video surveillance, with after-hours response. The role reports to the department and guides a team to ensure policy compliance.

You will manage budgets, service contracts, and strategic planning, coordinate with vendors, and implement security protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Two+ years of experience managing facilities operations staff.
• Experience with access control and security systems.
• Ability to develop budgets and manage contracts.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities operations and staff, including access control and security.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams; manage budgets.
