Responsibilities

• Review applications against criteria with documented rationale.
• Provision, suspend and revoke access following runbooks.
• Monitor organizations for policy violations and security concerns; escalate with evidence.
• Draft notices and coordinate with account teams on approvals and violations.
• Maintain audit-ready case records and adapt to new processes.
• Suggest improvements to runbooks and tooling based on gaps found.
