Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Criminal-history considerations per laws.
• Drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/locality.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while following security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify authorization, manage visitor entry, and maintain access records.
• Respond to incidents and security concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter.
• Support a professional environment at a financial services location per site protocols.
