Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience installing, integrating and troubleshooting Access Control Systems.
• Knowledge of test equipment (multimeter, digital analyzer) and commissioning devices.
• Experience with Access Control Platforms: Lenel, Genetec, Avigilon, Verkada.
• Basic software & networking skills, IP addressing and switch configuration.

Responsibilities

• Wire and install access controls, readers, door hardware and panels per project drawings.
• Configure, test and test lock/operator triggers.
• Align equipment, repair or replace faulty devices and verify operation.
• Install, configure, and maintain access control systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning access control equipment.
• Coordinate inspections and installations for various industries.
• Train clients and end-users on access control operation.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate systems.
