Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in technical hands-on field experience in security solutions, access control, door hardware, and other skilled trades.
• Must be able to fluently understand, speak, and write English.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, install, and service all basic and complex commercial and residential access and video systems.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair functions for commercial and residential systems.
• Instruct customers in system operation and features.
