Qualifications

• 3+ years managing physical access control in a corporate environment.
• 3+ years creating and modifying access credentials in Genetec and ClearID.
• Experience in a customer service‑oriented office environment.
• Experience in Physical Security with exposure to global operations and projects.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Jira, and collaboration tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with training and mentoring team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Security Access Control team members, training on badge printing, visitor management hardware, and SOPs.
• Serve as escalation point for regional access control needs and complex technical issues.
• Coordinate team workflow and ensure consistent service delivery across sites.
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Issue credentials to employees, contractors, and guests.
• Manage access within Genetec ClearID and audit changes.
