B&P Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support Army INSCOM Access Control Officer and Escort Services at government facilities in Charlottesville, VA.

Responsibilities include supervising Access Control Officers, coordinating weekly staffing, ensuring badge and access compliance, and maintaining logs; candidates must hold TS/SCI clearance, be a U.S. citizen, have a high school diploma, and possess at least four years in access control with two years as a supervisor.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance required
• U.S. citizenship required
• Minimum age 25 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years' experience as an Access Control Officer
• Minimum 2 years' experience as an access control supervisor
• Ability to obtain First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications

Responsibilities

• Overseeing Access Control Officers and Escorts, including weekly staffing coordination
• Provide access control services for government facilities
• Control access of personnel, equipment and media into/out of secure facilities
• Verify badges and entry/exit authorizations for visitors and contractors
• Issue ESCORT REQUIRED badges to un-cleared personnel and visitors
• Verify visitors' clearance levels in DISS/Scattered Castles and issue badges
• Conduct random entry/exit inspections
• Ensure proper equipment/media entry/exit authorization forms are used
• Use CMS (Lenel) for 100% access verification for cleared and un-cleared individuals
• Maintain shift logs and sign-in sheets for visitors
• Inventory government-furnished equipment within 15 minutes of each shift change
• Notify authorities of life-threatening or emergencies (bomb threats, etc.)
