Job summary

Cimarron is seeking a Part-Time Access Administrator to support Boeing Aerospace Operations on the KATS contract in Vienna, VA. The role requires monitoring access, issuing credentials, and enforcing security procedures on weekends and federal holidays.

Candidates must be U.S. citizens with TS/SCI clearance and be available 50–75 hours per month. Onsite at our Vienna location, the position offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizens eligible for consideration due to facility security requirements.
• Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance with CI Polygraph required.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Open and close company suites on weekends and federal holidays.
• Monitor and control physical access to company property.
• Verify authorized credentials and confirm personnel are correctly identified and authorized for access.
• Produce and issue identification credentials per company requirements.
• Operate company facility and security equipment.
• Produce and maintain locks, keys, and other physical access hardware.
• Enforce compliance with access policies, procedures, and processes.
• Maintain records, logs, and databases in required data management systems.
• Respond to authorized inquiries regarding access and credentials.
• Identify problems and recommend solutions concerning credentials and access control.
• Serve as floor warden for evacuations and first responder for health/safety emergencies.
• Provide escort for contractors and vendors.
• Initiate call-outs to company management as required.
