Precise Systems Inc. in Crane, IN is seeking an Access Control Specialist (Part-Time) to support our NSWC customer. The role requires in-person presence up to 20 hours per week and may transition to a permanent position.

The ideal candidate will issue and account for access credentials, enforce security policies, and assist with administrative tasks. Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of customer service are preferred; U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• In-person role with shift flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Issue and account for access control credentials and passes.
• Support security programs and related administrative tasks.
• Instruct visitors on security requirements and credential use.
• Inventory entry credentials and ensure proper turnover.
• Report lost or stolen credentials.
• Verify applicants have proper documents before issuing IDs.
• Answer phones and greet visitors, directing to staff.
• Follow security procedures to prevent unauthorized access.
• Handle basic clerical tasks and Microsoft Office tools.
• Manage classified visits and ensure correct access levels.
• Work non-traditional hours and possible shifts.
