Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services seeks an Access Controller I to join our security team in Oak Harbor, WA. You will verify the status of entrants and issue badges while maintaining professional standards on-site.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to follow English instructions, and the capacity to work with military and civilian personnel. You must be computer literate, have a valid driver's license, and be able to obtain a US passport. Weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions given in English.
• Must present a professional appearance in dress and demeanor at all times.
• Must be able to work well with all levels of Military and Civilian personnel.
• Must be computer literate and be able to use and access basic computer programs (Microsoft products, Excel, PDF etc.).
• Ability to obtain a US Passport.
• Possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Confirm security status of all individuals who enter the building and issue the required badge.
• Report any irregularities or problems to the Site Manager for resolution.
• Update and maintain an accurate security clearance lists when provided by the authorities.
• During the weekends the guard will make hourly rounds of the facility.
• Will be responsible for the cleanliness of the guard station.
• Willing to work any shift required to include weekend duty as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
