Qualifications

• Alarm panel experience preferred.

• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 (21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check as a condition of employment.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out access control procedures and policies.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, and maintain access logs.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify appropriate contacts or responders.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, parking, and perimeter to identify issues.
• Direct visitors and deliveries while maintaining orderly access.
