Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking an Access Control Clerk (Guard II) to enforce security procedures, greet visitors, verify clearances, and manage badge access. Candidates must have an active DoD Secret Clearance or higher and be flexible for day shifts with potential weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance or higher.
• Clear communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong record-keeping and attention to detail.
• Experience with Lenel access control and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Register building access badges in the Lenel system and process pins/resets.
• Greet visitors, verify clearances, and notify the POC.
• Assist meeting coordinators with visitor lists and badge preparation.
• Maintain a daily log of visitors, contractors, and related details.
• Ensure compliance with the Portable Electronic Device Policy.
• Open, secure, and annotate restricted areas per SOPs.
• Perform all other duties per the SOW.
