Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking an Access Control Clerk (Guard II) at the Dahlgren, VA site to enforce security procedures, greet visitors, validate clearances, and respond to incidents while maintaining detailed logs. The role supports access control at a main desk and may require weekend/holiday coverage as requested.

An active DoD Secret Clearance or higher is required. Compensation includes $20.57 per hour base, plus a $5.09 per hour Health and Welfare bonus, totaling $25.66 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher required.
• Access control at a main/front desk experience.
• Routine record keeping with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Register building access badges in Lenel system.
• Greet visitors, verify clearances and notify POC.
• Assist meeting coordinators by verifying visitor clearances and preparing badges.
• Maintain daily visitor log with POC, date/time, employer and badge number.
• Ensure adherence to Portable Electronic Device Policy.
• Open/secure/monitor zones per SOP and SF702.
• Perform other duties as outlined in the SOW.
