Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Badge Systems Coordinator in Sparks, NV to manage access control, verify credentials, and support a secure logistics site. You will patrol entry points, document activity, and respond to incidents while delivering excellent customer service and adhering to site policies.

Position is full-time with flexible night shifts. A guard card or license is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required; background checks and drug screening are conducted

Qualifications

• Experience with access control procedures and badge systems.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Licensing or guard card is preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out access control procedures at a logistics location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, document visitor and vehicle information.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts.
