Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard to safeguard clients across industries including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government, and more.

Ideal candidates will have 12+ months of security experience, an Arizona driver’s license with a clean record, and a valid guard card if required by Arizona DPS. This role may require nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, or rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only

As a Security Guard, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more.

The Ideal Candidate Would Have

• 12+ months of security experience.
• Arizona drivers license for over one year - with a clean driving record
• Valid guard card/security officer license if required by Arizona DPS
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and conduct regular patrols
• Work Outside in the Elements
• Basic ability to use computers, radios, cameras, access-control systems, and incident-reporting software
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Complete daily activity logs, incident reports, visitor records, and other required
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, or rotating shifts may be required
• 4 day work week- With additional hours available!

• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
