Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Visitor Access Systems in Fort Worth, TX to protect clients across multiple industries and support badge/access processes. You will monitor entry points, assist residents and guests, and maintain accurate access records while working with a people-first security team.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, vendors, and property management by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor and manage access at assigned entry points, verify visitor and vendor authorization, and maintain accurate records.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities.
• Conduct regular/patrols of common areas, parking, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access and identify security concerns.
• Communicate professionally with residents and guests, report maintenance and security issues to management and leadership.
