Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed and 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while following security procedures.
• Screen visitors, contractors, packages, and deliveries per site access protocols.
• Verify identification and authorization before entry to controlled areas and maintain visitor records.
• Monitor access points and screening equipment; escalate unusual conditions as needed.
• Respond to incidents calmly and conduct regular patrols of assigned areas and perimeter.
