Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and manage access control per site policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and direct visitors.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate per procedures.
• Conduct regular/random patrols of access points and perimeter.
• Prepare clear reports and logs of access activity and observations.
