Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required in accordance with federal/state/local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by performing security-related procedures and following site policies.
• Monitor and control access by verifying credentials and processing visitors.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report to site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, dock areas, and perimeter.
• Document daily activities and communicate information during shift changes.
