Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, invites you to join as a Security Officer Access Control Coordinator in Hatfield, PA. You will monitor entry points, verify access credentials, and deliver professional customer service to clients and visitors.

Position Type: Full Time with a pay rate of $18.50 per hour. You will conduct patrols, respond to incidents, and help maintain a welcoming, safe environment across client sites.

Qualifications

• Be 18+ years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screen as per laws; licensing may be required.
• Driver's license required only for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by performing security procedures and site policies, including emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; site conditions may vary by client.
