Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card or applicable license preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening will be conducted as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor and control entry/exit points for employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries.
• Verify credentials and issue access credentials as authorized; report irregularities to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, production areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
