Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor and control access to facilities by verifying IDs, visitor authorization, credentials, and access requests.
• Maintain accurate visitor and access-control records, issue and collect temporary credentials, and report access concerns to site contacts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and security situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of interior areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to identify unusual conditions or unauthorized access.
