Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor access points; verify credentials and maintain access records.
• Respond to access-control alarms and incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, parking areas, and facility perimeter to report unusual conditions.
• Maintain professional presence to deter unauthorized access and document observations.
