Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Full Time Security Officer for Moon Township, PA. You will protect clients and property, manage access points, and deliver professional customer service in a dynamic environment.

You will monitor entrances, verify credentials, and respond to incidents while maintaining logs and following site policies. A high school diploma, background check, and possibly licenses are required; driving positions need a valid license.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out access-control procedures and location policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify access credentials, maintain visitor logs, and direct guests per procedures.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, escalating as needed per protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entrances, parking facilities, and perimeters to identify unusual activity.
• Document incidents and security concerns, communicating information to site leadership or emergency responders.
