Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out access control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor/contractor entry, and maintain access records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, controlled manner following post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points and facility areas, documenting observations.
• Deter unauthorized access by maintaining awareness of site activity and professional communication.
